Check-in information

Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. On the day of your arrival or departure you are welcome to store your luggage safely with us.

Reception opening hours:
monday to friday: 07:00 am – 06:00 pm
saturday: 08:00 am – 06:00 pm
sunday: 08:00 am – 02:00 pm

IMPORTANT: If you arrive at the hotel after reception opening hours, a check-in is only possible by prior arrangement. We will then send you all the information for your late check-in via email. Please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail for further information.

Arrival by car

We are happy to help you to take care of your car. You can load and unload your luggage in front of our hotel entrance.

There are two parking spaces available in our garage directly at the hotel. The price is 14 euros per night (14:00 – 11:00). We recommend reservation in advance.

You can find additional parking options in the public car parks in the immediate vicinity. We recommend the Contipark Lothringerstraße car park, which is only a 3-minute walk from our hotel. The daily maximum rate is 12 euros per calendar day (00:00 – 24:00).

Arrival by bike

We are “Bed & Bike” certified. We offer you a lockable and dry storage facility for your bikes, charging options for e-bikes, patch kits as well as advice and assistance when needed!
